SOME MAY EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS MAKING ORDERS VIA PAYPAL. THIS IS NOT A LIMITATION OF OUR SITE. IT IS DUE TO BANK ROUTING FROM PANAMA TO THE UNITED STATES.
IF YOU EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, SIMPLY USE THE SITE TO VIEW THE AVAILABLE MOVIES AND THEN EMAIL US WITH YOUR REQUESTS.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE A MOVIE LISTED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE EMAIL US WITH YOUR REQUEST. CHANCES ARE WE ALREADY HAVE IT BUT HAVE NOT POSTED IT YET.

Q: How much do the movies cost?
A: One DVD is given for each $3.00 donation that is made to support the development of Panama West.
Q: How does the donation work?
A: Shop and select the movies that you would like. Then check out! For each movie selected, you will pay a $3.00 donation by online payment system. We will fill your order and contact you with delivery details. If you prefer, you can simply send your request by email and make your donation in person.
Q: I can not pay online, what now?
A: We have a delivery schedule for David, Bugaba, Volcan, Cerro Punta, Rio Sereno, Boquete and the surrounding areas. When we are making our deliveries in your area you can place your order and make your donation when we arrive. The next time that we make our deliveries you can pick up your movies.
Q: How often do you make deliveries?
A: Once a week at a minimum sometimes twice a week.
Q: What about programs from a television series? Are they also available for a $3.00 donation?
A: No. Television series are offered based on the number of DVD's in the series. We can not offer them on a program by program basis. A normal season will contain about 26 episodes. Each DVD will contain 2 episodes. In this case it would be 13 DVD's times a $3.00 donation of $39.00. Still far below what you would pay anywhere else, if you could even find them and they won't deliver!
Q: I don't see the movie that I want listed here. Can I make a request?
A: Absolutely! We have found films dating as far back as 1911! Chances are very good that we can locate it. ANY MOVIE!
Q: How can I request a movie?
A: Use the contact link found at the top and bottom right of our website.
Q: What about boxed sets?
A: Again, The cost depends on the number of DVD's. For example The Alien franchise has 4 movies and therefore 4 DVD's. $12.00!
Q: How do I get started?
A: Login if you already have an account. If not, create one and begin shopping! Creating an account will add you to our mailing list. Each week you will receive an update of all the new films that we have added. On average we add 15 to 20 films a week! If you prefer, you can view the list and send an email with your selections.
Q: How secure is the checkout?
A: We use Paypal for our payment system. You can make your donations with every major credit card or from your PayPal account if you have one. Millions of people use Paypal every day.

A: All requests, questions and comments can be sent by using the "Contact" links at the top and bottom right of our website.
Q: When will I recieve a response?
A: Usually withing an hour. Pretty speedy eh?
